DAY ONE
Street Evangelism + Outreach
We are believing for 5000 evangelists/volunteers to flood the streets of Metro Detroit on our main outreach day. As we Unite the church, it's our responsibility to go to those who may never enter a church building. In the heart of the Joel 2 solemn assembly God says, "All who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved".
This day is going to be a safe gathering for families to come have fun, receive supplies and relief, while also receiving their greatest need, the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We need team leaders, evangelists, and those that love to serve through ministries like worship ministry and serving food and supplies to those in need. If this is you, sign up below!
DAY TWO
Solemn Assembly @ LCA
One of the themes of The Uprise is 'All hands on deck'. When a boat is sinking, no deckhand is idle, all respond to the crisis. An arena event requires a united effort; volunteer to fulfill needs and help turn the tide.
This day is going to be a powerful day of united prayer, repentance, and worship. We will need believers to help serve the body of Christ through greeting, ushering, and ministry teams. You may want to volunteer and feel under qualified but remember this, if you have the Holy Spirit living in you, you are qualified to minister. Our team will help bridge the gaps of what to do in specific moments as well as what not to do. Sign up below to help serve!
