At the center of the united church, there's a special anointing to win the lost to Jesus, JOHN 17:22-23.
As we Unite the church, it's our responsibility to go to those who may never enter a church building. In the heart of the Joel 2 solemn assembly God says, "All who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved".
Therefore, the day leading up to the solemn assembly we will hold a city wide outreach in the heart of Downtown Detroit. It will be a safe gathering for families to come have fun, receive supplies and relief, while also receiving their greatest need, the gospel of Jesus Christ.
